After obtaining his degree in Mathematics at the Technical University Munich, Germany , Mr. Ragotzky spent more than eight years working in the Investment Banking division of a large German bank where he worked as a Securities Analyst and built up and led the bank’s IT Research Team.
Additionally, during his career Mr. Ragotzky has helped numerous mid-market companies successfully obtain listings on stock exchanges.
Klaus Ragotzky is a qualified Investment Analyst and a member of the German Society of Investment Analysis and Asset Management (DVFA).
In 2001 he founded FIDURA Capital Consult GmbH, a company specialized in offering value-added services to high growth companies.
Beyond this, FIDURA Capital Consult is the initiator of FIDURA Private Equity Funds with a total volume of € 45 million which invest in high growth, mid-market companies.
On the basis of his background Klaus Ragotzky offers to FIDURA Private Equity Funds in his funktion as a Fund Manager a wealth of know-how, particularly in the area of business analysis and business valuation, and he is an expert on the software and hardware industries.
